GENERAL CONDITIONS

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT

This contract is a remote agreement outlining the rights and obligations of both parties for product sales by MYTCARRENT via the website www.mytcarrent.com.

If the renter fails to comply with any term of this contract, MYTCARRENT reserves the right to terminate the agreement.

ARTICLE 2: DELIVERY AND RETURN

The vehicle must be returned to the return location specified in the contract, except for a modification authorized before 24 hours.

ARTICLE 3: RENTAL CONDITIONS

When picking up the vehicle, you must present a valid driving license (The license must be at least 1 year valid). The minimum age for rental is 19 years old. You must also present a Passport or an identity card. Lastly you will need a debit or credit card (visa or mastercard).

ARTICLE 4: CONFIDENTIALITY

When booking online, personal information will be securely protected to manage your bookings. We follow recognized standards to protect the personally identifiable information submitted to us, both during transmission and receipt.

ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT METHOD

By credit card or cash on arrival. You choose the payment method among those offered by CMI (Visa or MasterCard). Your payment by credit card is secured by CMI which offers a fully secure payment service.

ARTICLE 6: INSURANCE

Your car rental contract with **MYTCARRENT** includes third-party liability and accident insurance with an excess and deposit. For added peace of mind, you can opt for full coverage (all-risk insurance), which removes financial liability in the event of a collision, provided that **MYTCARRENT** receives a duly completed and signed accident report or an official police or gendarmerie report detailing the circumstances, including location, date, time, and witnesses.

Franchise and deposit

the amount of the excess is 1000 €. the deposit is 500 € will be blocked to cover additional costs related to the rental. For example: lack of fuel, non-return of one or more accessories, speeding, loss of one of the car documents, loss of car key. The total amount of 1500 € will be blocked for the time of the car pick-up and also unlocked after the car is returned.

ARTICLE 7: MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION

You can easily modify your booking by emailing mytcarrent@gmail.com or messaging on WhatsApp at +212 637‑263808. Please include your booking reference, which can be found in your confirmation email. MYTCARRENT reserves the right to cancel the booking if the vehicle is unavailable. Cancellations will be handled based on individual circumstances.

Extension and one-way fees:

If the renter wishes to extend the contract, they must request approval from MYTCARRENT at least 48 hours in advance. Unauthorized extensions will incur an increased rental rate. Additionally, picking up and returning the car at different locations will result in a 100 Euro fee to cover vehicle repatriation costs.
