1. What documents do I need to collect the vehicle?
To pick up your vehicle, you need: 1- Passport or Identity Card in the name of the main driver. 2- Driver's driving license. 3- Credit or debit card in the name of the main driver for the deposit. Only original documents are accepted.
2. What is the minimum age for car rental?
The minimum age for drivers to rent a vehicle is 21 years old and have held a driving license for 1 year. Young drivers (under 23 years old) must take out comprehensive insurance.
3. Vehicle deposit?
o pick up your rental car in Morocco, you will have to pay the latter's deposit, the amount of which varies from 6,000 dh to 30,000 dh (around €600 to €3,000) depending on the category of vehicle rented: The deposit is only blocked on your credit card for the duration of the rental, and not debited. At the end of your rental, the deposit is released at the airport by our agent. To limit the excess blocked on your card, you can subscribe to our total or partial excess buyback services, which limit your liability in the event of an accident. Tip: since the highway code and laws are different in Morocco, you will sometimes have hesitant driving. Take out collision insurance before picking up the vehicle to be at peace during your stay in Morocco.
1. Are rental cars rented with unlimited mileage?

2. Conditions for modifying or cancelling your car rental?
If the request for modification or cancellation is sent more than 24 hours before the pick-up at the airport, the modification or cancellation is free. Any modification or cancellation arriving after the pick-up date of the vehicle must be processed at the rental agency according to the availability of rental cars and the rates in force. No refund will be possible for any rental shorter than the duration provided for in the reservation (early return), in the event of a delay in picking up the vehicle more than 4 hours of pick-up, in the event of a no-show on the day of departure without any notification this will be considered as 'NO SHOW'.
3. Pay for my car rental and deposit with a debit card?
It is possible to rent a car without a credit card. We accept the following payment methods: Debit or credit card, Cash.
